Torquay United AFC is pleased to confirm that our away match at Wealdstone on Saturday, February 26th is to be streamed live, and free of charge, via Wealdstone’s YouTube channel from 5.15pm.

With the match taking place behind closed doors for safety reasons, the absence of United’s devoted Yellow Army in person has prompted the Club to work together with our opponents in order to ensure as many supporters as possible could watch the fixture.

Wealdstone FC have released the following statement:

Further to our earlier announcement that this Saturday’s National League home fixture against Torquay United would have to be played behind closed doors, we are pleased to confirm that the game will now be broadcast live via video streaming.

We are very grateful that this has been made possible after permission was granted by the league and BT due to the unforeseen circumstances.

However, due to the 3pm live broadcast embargo, the match will now kick off at 5.15pm. Huge thanks to Torquay United for agreeing to the change in kick off time in order to allow this to happen and to enable both sets of supporters to watch the game despite the difficult circumstances.

The stream will be free of charge to watch via Wealdstone’s official You Tube channel which can be found by clicking here.
