Ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, United youngsters Alex Moyse, Jack Winsor and Lewis Brooks have all agreed loan deals away from Plainmoor in order to gain senior experience.

First year professionals Jack Winsor and Lewis Brooks will be heading out to Willand Rovers and Bideford respectively until January, whilst Alex Moyse, who made his debut for the first-team last season, will be joining Dorchester Town on a similar temporary basis.

Manager Gary Johnson believes that gaining vital regular senior matchday action is vital for all three players.

“Our young lads are going out to clubs that we trust, and have done well for our players previously,” said the Gaffer.

“All of them are relatively inexperienced for men’s football, but they will all cope, absolutely, and at the end of training week, the boys need a game of football to keep their enthusiasm going.

“Three good lads, and I’m sure it will benefit all three greatly.”
