Whilst Gary Johnson’s men were doing the business out on the pitch, there were smiles all over the stadium on Saturday, as Torbay came together as one, to celebrate the Club’s inaugural Community Day at Plainmoor.
Torquay United AFC would like to express its thanks to all our supporters, partners and guests who attended, for making the day such a success. Although last weekend’s event was just the start, it only served to illustrate the numerous potential benefits of the local community uniting together for the one common cause – a brighter, more prosperous future for our beloved Torbay.
There will be plenty more exciting community initiatives to follow, however for now, here’s just a taster from a memorable afternoon on the English Riviera, on and off the pitch!
