With Gary Johnson’s men recording their fourth successive win away at Maidenhead United on Monday, those of the Yellow Army that couldn’t make the trip came together in Boots & Laces to cheer United on.

TUAFC would like to thank the Yellow Army that came down to Plainmoor on Monday afternoon at Boots & Laces, to cheer on Torquay to another three very important points at York Road in an impressive 3-1 win. Over 100 people turned out to make the atmosphere electric, as goals from Aaron Jarvis and a double from Frank Nouble saw the Gulls go just two points from safety with four games left to play. There was a 50/50 draw and a £6 pasty & pint deal to keep the fans going through the afternoon as the Yellows kept their recent amazing run going.

Following this Saturday’s home game with York City, United are back on the road next Tuesday as we head to the East Midlands to face Chesterfield, and once again fans unable to make the journey can watch the full 90 minutes in Boots & Laces on the Big Screen, with the kick off at 7:45pm. There will be another 50/50 draw taking place at half time, as well as the £6 pasty & pint offer being available on the night, so come down to Plainmoor next Tuesday night and cheer on United as they enter the final stage of this season.
