The Club is delighted to announce that long-standing sponsors Thatchers Cider have renewed their sponsorship.
Following the addition of their first pitch-side advertising board in 2007, Thatchers has supported the Club ever since. The family-run business has been making cider for over four generations and has established itself as an international brand.
Somerset-based Thatchers is sold in 22 countries and aims to stay true to the people that grew the business with them, and that includes TUAFC.
Speaking of their renewed partnership with the Club, Chris Milton of Thatchers said:
“Since taking our first board in 2007 at Plainmoor, we are renewing our commitment to Torquay United and the fanbase by agreeing to renew that sponsorship in a season where the club, Gary and the team need our support and backing and we are delighted to offer that support.
“We have been without the pleasure of being inside Plainmoor for the full matchday experience for nearly 18 months now and having returned to that this year, we would ask the fans to back the team and to remind them that in wearing yellow shirts with pride, we are all ambassadors of the club.
