Torquay United AFC would like to thank our friends at Tolchards for sponsoring Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup tie v Derby County.
Family-owned and managed since 2010, Tolchards has established itself as the leading drinks distributor for the south of England. Over the last twelve years, the company has built a strong reputation for supplying customers on time, with minimal fuss.
They have also been one of the most prominent supporters of The Gulls during recent years, with the support of the Club not just confined to Match Sponsorship. United’s very own beer, Bryn, another product of this wonderful partnership, with the Club’s co-branded Mini also being a familiar sight to supporters as it follows Gary Johnson’s men to away games up and down the country.
The company name is therefore already well-known within the Club’s fanbase, and in chairman Jim Mardell – a regular at Plainmoor for many years – Tolchards also boasts someone who has fulfilled many fans’ dreams by making a number of appearances for Torquay’s youth and reserve teams during the 1970s!
